PRIVACY

Information, responsibility and access

WILCOXCARHBI LLC sets out here how information actually received may be used in connection with its website, direct part-time inquiries and optional Wilcox Workline messages.

Effective 2026-09-05

Who is accountable

WILCOXCARHBI LLC operates the website and Wilcox Workline. WCB is its exclusive public SMS brand alias. Contact wilcox@wilcoxcarhbi.com with a privacy question or request, giving enough context to identify the relevant subject. Avoid attaching identity documents or complete confidential files to a general inquiry.

Information entering a conversation

If you communicate through an available channel, you may provide a name, email, telephone number, message, availability or role preference. Where messaging services are active, consent choices, help requests and opt-out instructions may also be involved. This notice does not imply that every category is collected in every interaction.

Access follows the task

When a service is enabled, support providers may need limited information to deliver SMS, host a service, maintain security or support compliance. Such access is restricted to necessary service functions and does not authorize the provider's independent marketing. Lawful demands and legitimate protection of rights or security may also require disclosure.

A firm limit on marketing disclosure

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or disclosed for another organization's marketing. Wilcox Workline does not obtain its audience from purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists.

Uses tied to the inquiry

Information actually received may support an answer, a discussion of direct part-time interests, relevant follow-up or management of communication preferences. It may also be needed for investigating misuse, securing an enabled channel and satisfying legal obligations. Unrelated sensitive information is not necessary for an initial question about a role.

Records with an end point

Retention should be determined by the purpose of the information, the progress of a request and applicable obligations. Unneeded information actually held should be removed or de-identified where practicable. A minimal suppression entry may need to be kept so that an SMS opt-out remains effective.

Requests and message preferences

Email wilcox@wilcoxcarhbi.com to ask for access, a correction or deletion, subject to the rights and exceptions that apply. Verification proportionate to the request may be needed. Reply STOP to leave Wilcox Workline or HELP for assistance. An SMS choice does not decide whether you can ask about or be considered for part-time work.

Safeguards and what to leave out

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be appropriate to information handled through an enabled service. Access should be granted only for an authorized purpose. No system is completely secure, so do not send passwords, banking data, government identifiers or unrelated private employment records in a routine message.

Age and maintenance of this notice

The website and recruiting messages are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact wilcox@wilcoxcarhbi.com with the concern. This notice may change as relevant practices change; the effective date identifies the version currently posted.
